Tuesday 2008-03-18

Dear pupils,

please prepare your webunit results. We will have a look at them on Tuesday. Your classmates are also curious to see your work and want to know to know the other Districts.
Therefore I will also bring a beamer with me. Unfortunately, I don´t have internet access with my laptop. Therefore I would like to ask you to take your laptop with you (one or two should be enough --> I already asked Lukas to bring his laptop).

Dear pupils,

please don´t forget to bring along your laptop and headphones....
everybody will receive a disc (CD). Therefore please bring a CD case (plastic or paper) where you can put the disc afterwards.

- Read until page 112 (beginning of chapter 48) --> you don´t have to summarise these chapters and put it into your blogs or handwritten diaries.
Nevertheless we go on working with them...

- post your homework (dialogue between Chris and Claude) or include them into your handwritten diaries

- think about the different places which are mentioned in the text
--> Where does Chris live? (page, line)
--> Where did Claude buy the weapons and where did he get his fake ID from? (page,line)
--> Where did Lionel kill Nana and Charly? (page, line)
--> ...

Laptop assignment

Dear pupils,


I would like to work "online" with you this Wednesday and probably next Wednesday. ....Therefore I would kindly ask you to bring your Laptop (internet access available) in class on Wednesday.
Mr Kestermann already signed in for the "Notebook -carriage". So, there will be enough notebooks....

Homework for next Tuesday (2008-03-04)

Dear pupils,

your homework will be:
- to go on reading until page 97 (beginning of part III)
- and to write a dialogue:
Imagine that Chis and Claude meet at breakfast the next morning. What could they talk about?

some examples...
- Why didn´t Claude join the party even though Sarah asked for him?
- What could Chris tell him about Jessica? (about the new drug, how he found her while she was passed out,...)
- Do you think Claude will tell Chris anything about his adventure in Chinatown? --> that he took drugs again (after his rehab.) and that he had spent a lot of money on weapons
- Are their parents present at breakfast as well?
--> where are they and what are they doing?

and don´t forget to go on working with your weblog ;)
